Where do you offer pick-up?

We provide pick-up from most locations within the Colombo city area. If you are staying outside Colombo, such as in Negombo, a private car transfer can be arranged as Tuk Tuks are not permitted on highways. For cruise ship guests, pick-up is arranged from a central meeting point near Galle Face.

Can the safari time be changed?

No, safari times cannot be changed once your booking is confirmed. Our tours operate on fixed schedules to ensure smooth coordination with our drivers and routes. Please select your preferred time carefully when booking.

Can the safari route be customised?

Yes, custom routes can be arranged for private safaris. If there are specific places you would like to visit or avoid, please inform us in advance and we will plan the best possible route for your experience.

Are there discounts for children?

Yes, special rates are available for children based on age and safari type. Please contact us with the number of children and their ages for full details.

How many people can ride in one Tuk Tuk?

Two adults fit comfortably in one Tuk Tuk. Small children can also be accommodated depending on the group size. Larger groups will be provided with multiple Tuk Tuks at no additional cost, as tours are priced per person.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly if you experience unforeseen circumstances.

Are your rates charged per person or per vehicle?

All rates are charged per person, not per vehicle. You will not be charged extra if your group requires more than one Tuk Tuk.

How much does a safari cost?

Safari prices vary depending on the tour type, group size, and inclusions. Please contact us directly for current rates and availability.

What safari experiences do you offer?

We offer three main safari experiences including the City Safari, which explores Colombo’s key landmarks and hidden streets, the Food Safari, focused on discovering authentic local cuisine at popular food spots, and the Gala Safari, which combines sightseeing with food and drinks for a complete city experience. Private and custom safaris can also be arranged upon request to suit your preferences.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing a camera or phone for photos, some extra cash for shopping, sunscreen, a hat, and any personal essentials you may need during the tour.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash payments on the day of the safari and card payments via mobile payment platforms. Payments can be made in Sri Lankan Rupees or major foreign currencies.
